Danielle Ackley-McPhail was born in 1970 in the USA, the youngest of five children, of at least 75% Irish ancestry. After getting Bachelors Degrees in both English and Communications from Kean College of New Jersey, she spent eleven years in the publishing industry, eventually working as a production manager for Random House
Danielle has so far published one novel, Yesterday's Dreams, a Celtic fantasy, as well as Children of Morpheus, a collection of short fiction and poetry. She has contributed to a number of anthologies, including No Longer Dreams, on which she is joint editor. She has also written both fiction and non-fiction for a several magazines, both actual and virtual, as well as having contributed poetry to a number of publications.
Danielle currently lives in New Jersey with her husband Mike McPhail, who she married in October 1991, as well as her mother-in-law Teresa, and three very spoilt cats.
Danielle was at the first P-CON, and we are delighted to have her returning to us, this time as a guest.
