The shortlist for the Eagle Awards, the comics industry’s longest established awards, can now be found online here.

Of especial note to Irish comics fans should be the fact that Robert Curley of Atomic Diner get a nomination for his comic Freak Show in the Favourite Black & White Comicbook – British section. (Yes, yes, I know…)

Also of note, certainly to me, is the fact that, in the Favourite New Comicbook section, Leah Moore and John Reppion’s magnificent Albion gets a nomination.
